This position is offered on a full-time basis, for a period of 12 months, unless otherwise determined.

About the role
As the Project Officer (Capability) you will work as a valued member of our team and play a key role in supporting staff in the Education Futures Institute with operational, administrative and corporate services support.
As the Project Support Officer, your role will include:
- general administration, organisation and corporate functions to support the delivery of capability programs and initiatives.
- corporate support, including financial, HR and procurement, and asset management.
- administering internal and outgoing correspondence and information management.
- supporting administrative duties for the branch, including organising catering and room bookings for meetings, travel requests, supporting the on/offboarding of staff, and other duties as required.
This role will report to the Manager, Governance and Implementation, Capability.
The ideal applicant will:
- have outstanding communication and customer service skills and the ability to build and sustain positive relationships with team members, clients and stakeholders.
- bring high level skills in problem solving, prioritisation and managing competing demands in a timely manner.
- demonstrate excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Content Manager and Microsoft suite. Experience with SAP and TSS would be beneficial.
- maintain flexibility and availability to meet the needs of the Branch.
- enjoy working with a diverse team to deliver outcomes and make a positive impact in education.
