Objective:
To manage the planning and delivery of Civil Infrastructure projects
Duties:
- Supervise the delivery of civil infrastructure work
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams
- Review drawings and contract documentation and communicate amendments
- Ensure project outcomes are achieved within budget
- Manage supply of goods and services
- Develop tender and contract documentation to ensure compliance
- Assist in the review of processes and procedures to landscape projects
- Create, maintain and store project documentation
- Identify and report on operational risk
- Demonstrate commitment to WHS and management of safety risk
- Well developed knowledge and experience in Civil Construction
- Understanding of major components of civil design practices
- Experience in managing and administering construction projects & contractors
- Experience in financial management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong consultation skills
Ability to understand and interpret landscape plans & drawings
Requirements:
- Extensive construction, engineering or trade experience and technical expertise specific to infrastructure projects
- Degree, Diploma or Trade Certificate
- C Class licence
- Diploma in Project Management - desirable
