The roles: Our first opportunity within out Digital Health and Business solutions role will involve coordinating and supporting the delivery of specialised work packages ensuring that the solutions provided meet customer requirements and are suitable and are sustainable within an enterprise setting.
Our second opportunity within our eHealth Infrastructure Technology Solutions (eHITS) unit will, support Program level activities and coordinate the delivery of specialised tasks involving resourcing, reporting, and program maintenance. You will work closely with the Program Support team to ensure tight deadlines for competing priorities are met with accuracy, where attention to detail is paramount.
To be successful in either role you will require a combination of the below skills /experience:
- Ideally, experience in an IM/ICT project environment, including risk management, reporting and budgeting, and an ability to coordinate the delivery of work packages.
- Experience in, or the ability to assist with the compilation of program/project information, maintenance of program/project files and the preparation and presentation of management reports.
- Provide financial support to the business unit by undertaking activities associated with Cost Recovery of Fee for Service (FFS) initiatives, budgeting, asset management, accounts payable and good receipting of invoices.
- Knowledge of appropriate project management methodologies (preferably PRINCE2), and an ability to provide advice on the use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools.
- Provide human resource support to the business unit by undertaking activities such as maintaining establishment, providing general HR advice, and applying legislation.
- Provide recruitment support to the business unit by submitting resourcing requests, organising review of Job Adverts, Role Description and Onboarding/Offboarding of new starters.
- Whilst not mandatory, a relevant qualification (e.g., PRINCE2) would be highly regarded.
- Proven effective oral and written communication skills, and an ability to work in a team environment developing effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.
