We are seeking a motivated and dynamic admin superstar to join our successful team as a Project Sales Administrator.
This role is integral to the smooth operation of the sales team, providing essential administrative support, you will take an active part in supporting across all stages of the sales process including our customer’s journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Prepare proposals and detailed marketing plans, set up property files, sales advises, liaise with clients on variations, generate weekly Sales Reports, and campaign reports alongside assisting the sales team with various administrative tasks.
- General Assistance: Take on a variety of tasks to support the Sales Director and Sales team, helping to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A proactive and enthusiastic "go-getter" who is eager to take on new challenges and support the Sales Director and Sales team.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with interpersonal abilities and immaculate presentation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role would be advantageous including experience with new homes and projects.
