We are looking for a Project Sales Consultant to join our growing projects team. You will be working alongside our projects team to build relationships with new and existing builders, developers and interior designers to partner with us for quality locally made products. Your role would encapsulate the full end to end process from initial quote and design through to installation of the product.

About the role:
This is an in-office and on-road role where you would be working in both our apartments and residential off the plan teams helping to build relationships with new and existing clients. You will be in control of your pool of customer incoming leads as well as working with our Head of Projects on how we can better target new streams of revenue from new clients. You would be meeting with customers in our state of the art showroom to discuss their needs, supplying them with initial quotes and building a relationship with them while helping them through the building process - Following through to on site measure, ordering of products, scheduling installations and after delivery service.
Key Responsibilities:
Read plans and produce a quote to customers in a timely manner;
Developing and maintaining existing key relationships;
Attending relevant events and networking opportunities;
Responding to emails , phone calls & all customer queries;
Follow up on all outstanding quotes and work with customers to see what is needed to get the job over the line and secure the order;
Meeting customers in the showroom to select fabrics and products;
On site consultation and measuring of window furnishings;
Keeping on top of all ETA’s and building timelines to ensure installations are booked for the right times.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with acute attention to detail;
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
Have a positive attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships. You will be working very closely with other areas of the business as well as external customers and suppliers;
Ability to read architectural plans, desired but not essential;
Hold current white card, Asbestos awareness and silica training cards, desired but not essential;
Uphold the values of Quality, Integrity, Ease and Experience.
