About Us:

Century 21 Lifestyle, a multi award-winning Sunshine Coast agency, is expanding and have now opened a second franchise, Century 21 Project Partners, specialising in Project Sales. We are seeking an individual who will specialise in Off-the-Plan Apartment Sales to join our team on the Southern end of the Sunshine Coast to join our dynamic real estate team, where our culture is built on excellence, integrity, and teamwork. As part of a global brand, we pride ourselves on maintaining a professional and collaborative environment.

Role Overview:

As a key member of our sales team, you will represent our properties to potential buyers, guide them through the off-the-plan Apartment purchasing process, and ultimately close sales. A demonstrated history of exceptional sales and customer service skills will be required. Construction industry experience will be considered favourably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential buyers interested in purchasing a new off-the-plan property.
  • Maintain sales office opening hours to conduct property viewings, both virtual and in-person, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our developments.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the purchasing process, including explaining contract terms, financing options, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of properties and adherence to sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations related to off-the-plan sales.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and facilitate smooth transactions, including managing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, daily reports and inventory availability.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with a focus on off-the-plan properties, in particular, apartments.
  • Strong understanding of the off-the-plan sales process, including contract requirements, financing options, and market dynamics.
  • Friendly, well-spoken, and well-presented corporate attire
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Detail-oriented approach to managing sales transactions and paperwork.
  • Current Queensland real estate certificate or licence.
  • Current Queensland driver's licence and reliable motor vehicle.
  • Be available to work weekends
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
