About the role
Our client is a large government department, and they are looking for a skilled Scheduler to enhance and provide subject matter expertise in improving a variety of project functions and deliverables.
Work with the existing teams, and other SME’s, to uplift schedule quality to a standard that provides this organisation with a set of “Fit for purpose” guidance and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver outcomes and documentation to a high standard.
- Input to monthly reporting and other governance and assurance forums.
- Develop, maintain and report on project schedules, and milestones.
- Coordinate and act as the scheduling subject matter expert to project planning activities.
- Appropriately qualified in and experienced in scheduling techniques and tools such as MS Project, or other scheduling tools.
- Have previous experience in managing project resources, both labour and financial.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to form strong working relationships with others.
- Ability to influence and guide project teams with scheduling tasks.
