The company
Working for one of the largest Defence providers globally, you’ll be joining a dynamic and motivated department taking part in the roll-out of a complex, agile Maritime project supporting the Commonwealth.
The role
You’ll be responsible for providing specialist advice and support, including analysis of Contractor Master Schedules (CMS), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and other Patrol Boats and Specialist Ship Schedules.
Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
- Provide specialist advice and support to the Project Schedule Team Lead for all scheduling, project, and branch project control matters.
- You’ll provide support to the continued development and maintenance of resourced project schedules in Open Plan Professional, including: Identifying activities, work packages and resources, development of logic, durations and constraints, incorporation of project risks and issue mitigation and action plans.
- Assist with the development of work breakdown structures and management plans.
- Provide specialist advice and support on project planning, scheduling procedures and processes.
- NV1 security clearance.
- A background in Scheduling within the Maritime sector will be highly regarded.
- Experience within the Defence sector and knowledgeable on the Defence processes and standards.
- Experience supporting the analysis of Contractor Master Schedules, Integrated Master Schedules, and Stream Schedules.
- Familiarity with the scheduling tool Open Plan Professional (OPP).
