About the role
We are currently collaborating with multiple clients in search of experienced Project Schedulers. The ideal candidates will be tasked with enhancing project functions and deliverables, as well as managing project scheduling utilizing tools such as OPP or other scheduling software.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver outcomes and documentation to a high standard.
- Input to monthly reporting and other governance and assurance forums.
- Develop, maintain and report on project schedules, and milestones.
- Coordinate and act as the scheduling subject matter expert to project planning activities.
- Appropriately qualified in and experienced in scheduling techniques and tools such as MS Project, OPP, or other scheduling tools.
- Previous experience in government desirable.
- Have previous experience in managing project resources, both labour and financial.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to form strong working relationships with others.
- Ability to influence and guide project teams with scheduling tasks.
