Purpose of the Role:
As a Project & Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing advanced Automated Mobile Robot (AMR) systems and conveyor solutions. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the efficiency and scalability of our client's warehouse automation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engineering Solutions: Partner with industry leaders like Geek+ to develop innovative and efficient AMR systems and conveyor solutions.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their automation needs and provide expert advice to ensure project success and satisfaction.
- Technical Leadership: Stay updated with the latest trends in warehouse automation and apply this knowledge to drive project innovation.
- Project Management: Lead automation projects from planning to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including technical specifications, client feedback, and project reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Robotics, Mechatronics, Software, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of project management experience in warehouse automation or conveyor logistics (advantageous)
- Strong technical background in designing and implementing conveyor systems and AMR solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and team engagement
- Proficient in project management software and CAD tools.
- Certifications like PMP or PE are a plus.
