The Role

Wurundjeri Corporation's Narrap (Environmental) Unit has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Support Officer to join our busy team on a full-time, permanent basis.  Reporting to the Assistant Unit Manager, this position will be responsible for:

•  Proving efficient administrative support
•  Assisting with various project management tasks
•  Responding to internal and external enquiries and requests
•  Assist with operational logistics for Narrap Ranger Program
•  Meeting coordination, agendas and minute taking
•  Data entry, filing, reporting, scheduling

About You

The successful candidate will be highly efficient, well organised, customer focused and systematic in their approach.  They will hold:

• Experience in a similar administrative/Project Support type of role
• Strong administrative skills including intermediate to advanced level MS suite
• Superior written and verbal communication skills and an excellent eye for detail 
• An interest in Natural Resource Management is desirable
• Knowledge of Aboriginal cultures and/or experience working with Indigenous communities/organisations would be an advantage
