Project Support Officer
Please note: Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen to obtain an Australian Government security clearance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
The Project Administrator provides on-site administration support to the project team to ensure timely performance and compliance with company and customer requirements.
- Managing daily administrative functions of a project or program.
- Managing project documentation and S&Q's.
- Establish and Maintain project control register (PCR) and other project tools, including some data extraction and reporting to the project team
- Collecting and analysing project data and reporting on outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders
- Providing daily support to project team as directed by management.
- Prepare and maintain project email accounts and subsequent folders on the network drive.
- Assist with raising and distributing Purchase Orders to Suppliers and Repair Agents as required.
- Processing invoices and purchase orders, goods receipting & order dispute resolution
- Liaise with Repair Agents for security/access & induction requirements.
- Monitor and control Objective Quality Evidence.
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues
Skills / Qualification / Attributes
- Diploma in Business or relevant experience working in an administrative/ Project Support role
- Prior experience working in a similar position
- Advanced knowledge and competency in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst managing multiple tasks/projects
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and liaise across all levels, both internally and externally

- Proficient user of IFS or a similar ERP system.
