They are currently seeking an AO3 Project Support Officer to engage in a full-time temporary contract. The experienced candidate will form part of a dedicated team until 30th June 2024 with the possibility of extending, based in Rockhampton, QLD.Your new role
As the AO3 Project Support Officer, you will support the contract management team. You will be primarily responsible for providing Project Support to team members to develop, implement and continuously improve resources to provide streamlined service delivery.
You will be responsible for all administrative functions, assist with the recording, monitoring, and analysing of data, prepare a range of high-quality written material including briefing notes, reports, practice guides and presentations as required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have the below skill set –
- Highly developed self-managed / autonomous skills
- Experienced in data entry into spreadsheet, worked with basic Excel formulas, Content Manager or other Records Management System
- Microsoft - Share Point Sites, MS Teams sites, MS Mailboxes
- Must have an eye for detail and accuracy in data entry
- Desirable – would be knowledge of Procurement / Contracts / Contract Law, Project Management experience or demonstrated ability to ensure assigned projects are completed
