Key responsibilities:
- Access, operate and maintain administrative databases, project management systems, process information and prepare/distribute reports as required.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity of information and adhere to reporting requirements & deadlines.
- Assist with progress tracking, records and file management pertaining to project activities via the designated database and project management system whilst also identifying and mitigating issues.
- Assist in the development, improvement and implementation of systems and procedures to ensure the provision of effective and efficient service to Product Agency Team members, internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Communicate effectively and professionally to all stakeholders through email and verbally.
- Engage in data research, collection and analysis in regards to planning and service delivery.
- Contribute to the development of a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement within product and related areas.
- Undertake productive stakeholder engagement and liaise and build mutually productive working relationships with staff and a range of stakeholders as relevant to his/her responsibilities
- Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as delegated by the Director, Product Agency.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous administration experience with a focus project or coordination support.
- Previous Government experience or experience working in vocational education would be highly regarded.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Someone who is proactive and can take on tasks with autonomy.
- Experience using Microsoft office in particular Microsoft teams, Sharepoint and Excel.
