Seeking Administration & Project Support Officers to work for Australia’s largest social housing provider!
Multiple permanent full-time opportunities based in Parramatta, Blacktown & Campbelltown with flexible/hybrid working model.
Salary ranges from $75,992 to $83,211 + super + annual leave loading + flex leave.

Our NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) team is currently seeking to appoint Administration & Project Support Officers. These roles work together with the support team to provide assistance to the Capital Sales and Compliance teams.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Review & tracking incoming correspondence
Meeting coordination and minute taking
Fleet management
Systems administration and data entry
Assist with preparation of repots
Project administration support
Deliver strong customer service and resolve issues with internal and external customers
These roles will provide you with flexible work/life balance and the opportunity to broaden your skills with the view to potentially moving into other areas such as compliance or project management. The teams currently work in the office 5 days per fortnight in line with current business requirements.
What you bring to the role
To be successful in these roles, you will bring:
Demonstrated experience in project and/or administrative support.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities within tight timeframes.
Demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise and problem solve.
An open mind and urge to be challenged & learn new skills.
It is desirable that the successful candidates have experience or background in residential construction or project management with intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
