The Role & The Team 

• Oversee the Day-to-day system administration,  including function update, attend to system enquiry, data cleansing and other activities as applicable.
• Perform data collection, analysis, cleansing and system integration with Airservices key corporate platforms (e.g. SAP).
• Work closely with Reporting and Coordination team to support project reporting and analysis.
• Undertake the business requirements gathering, functional requirements to build the user case for Portfolio Project Management (PPM) platform.
• Support the Project System and Data Lead in undertaking option analysis and market sounding to identify the fit for purpose PPM platform options.
• Work  with different stakeholders and corporate system owners to ensure a smooth system integration and data translation cross different platforms.
• Lead and support the configuration of system functions and workflows to ensure the functionality align with the underpinning capital project management framework and process.
• Support the Project System and Data Lead in the user engagement workshop and consultation, facilitate and manage the system data migration and related system readiness check and setting.

The Person 

•  Formal tertiary qualification in related or equivalent field (e.g. Project Management, Business Management, Engineering or ICT) will be highly regarded
• High level experience in relation to the planning, design and delivery of complex Project Systems supporting programs of work
• Demonstrated ability to use a variety of technical applications, MS PowerBI or Tableau, Power Apps, Teams,  Microsoft Project Scheduling software including Microsoft Office, Visio and SharePoint and/or equivalents
• Sound knowledge of Excel (Data Validation, Creating Dashboards, VBA and Macros, Power Queries, Pivot Tables, Charting, V-Look Ups).
• Experience in a program/project management office (PMO) providing assistance and acumen support to technical and commercial managers/specialists;
• Ability to interrogate a data set and provide a concise analysis of that data, including key insights and communicating to a wide audience;
• Proven skills in preparing instructional documentation, maintaining standards and assisting with deploying new processes and tools across organisation
• Ability to work effectively under limited or no supervision and manage competing priorities and timeframes
