SalaryAUSTRALIAN WATERSLIDES & LEISURE PTY LTD We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project/Program Coordinator to join our team at Australian Waterslides & Leisure Pty Ltd. A crucial element requires the candidate to prove they have extensive experience in the field of designing and installing, sourcing and overseeing the installations of dry outdoor children’s playgrounds/parks/recreational facilities. Your expertise should include the ability to outsource playground equipment that is ISO approved and AS 4685.1 (Playground Equipment) approved for installation in Australia and to carry out the oversight of the installations of contracts procured.

Task & Responsibilities Work closely with clients to coordinate and implement training programs upon Practical Completion. Collaborate with suppliers/trades during the course of procurement and installation to ensure efficient and timely project management and delivery. Utilize your expertise to enhance the quality and safety standards of equipment supplied and installed.
Contribute to the development of new and innovative playground equipment. Actively participate in trade conventions organized by industry associations such as IAAPA and AALARA. Foster relationships within the global industry to stay abreast of trends and advancements.
Qualification & Experience Familiarity with IAAPA and AALARA guidelines and best practices. Proven expertise in the field of indoor and outdoor parks and recreational facilities, including a track record of successful design and installation of playgrounds and fitness equipment for multinational clients and contractors, meeting national and international quality standards. Experience in the installation and commissioning of dry play equipment.
Knowledge of “soft-fall” attenuating surface products for application in playground areas to reduce fall hazards. Expertise in designing playground systems for physically challenged children and for mental rehabilitation units in pre-schools, care facilities, or hospitals. Proficiency in contributing to the development of new and innovative playground equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a solid understanding of international business dynamics. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
