Roles and Responsibilities:
Specialist consultant responsible for establishing and controlling PMO services, providing insight to program directors, and leading process improvement in the tracking and management of program.
- Expertise in end-to-end project analysis for large delivery projects/programs with a demonstrated track record in:
- the management of PMO services functions,
- project establishment/project creation,
- project finances and controls, and
- risk and issue management
- Meticulous in defining and implementing appropriate project management activities to support project and program managers.
- Foster engagement with both internal and external stakeholders to manage continuous improvement across various streams.
- Proactively scheduling and facilitating meetings, ensuring all necessary stakeholders are involved.
- Taking detailed meeting minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-through on tasks.
- Assisting in project management tasks, including the creation of status reports and presentation decks for steering committees.
You need to have
- Previous experience in the health industry is essential.
- Proven background in project coordination or related roles.
- Strong proactive and "get up and go" attitude, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
- Proficiency in managing schedules, meeting coordination, and documentation.
- Ability to step in as a project manager when necessary, with experience in creating status reports and presentation materials.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to work closely with technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
