The purpose of this role is to work across the Risk Reduction and Patient Support streams within the Healthcare Programs team to streamline project delivery, support cross-collaborative program delivery and support external revenue streams for Healthcare Programs.
Working closely with the Senior Manager Healthcare Programs and Clinical Strategy, the role will require effective Project Management skills, strategic agility and excellent stakeholder engagement skills internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the coordination of the Heart Foundation's national Healthcare Programs including: project planning, budgets, timelines, stakeholder engagement and risk management.
- Support the building of a portfolio of program offerings that can be used to attract external funding or sponsorship.
- Support the design, build and delivery of Healthcare Programs across the Risk Reduction and Patient Support priority streams, including campaigns and implementation efforts
- Provide administrative support across the Healthcare Programs team and help streamline processes and ways of working within the team and cross-functionally
- Work collaboratively across the Healthcare Programs team and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure our health programs are informed by end-user needs, published literature and the latest research.
- Keep up-to-date with current and emerging cardiovascular research, evidence and policy and synthesise and appraise it to provide an understanding of the impact and implications for the Heart Foundation's Healthcare programs.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated Project Management experience and the ability to prioritise and organise work and meet critical timelines.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating complex projects with the input of multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work collaboratively.
- Preferred – tertiary qualification in health or experience working in health related programs
