In this role, you will manage assigned operational projects and initiatives with guidance from an Operational Project Manager. Your key responsibilities include providing valuable input to senior management on project priorities, timing, scope, resourcing, technical feasibility, and costing. You'll develop and implement strategies aligned with overall company objectives, ensuring our department remains focused on both internal and external customer needs.Lets talk about the role:As a Project Associate you will support in coordination for project management activities relating to Supply Chain of ResMed’s entire product portfolio, globally. On an initial 12month contract basis, this is a unique learning opportunity for an aspiring project manager seeking career growth. The office base for this position will be at our Bella Vista campus, with flexibility to work from home a couple of times a week.Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded Supply Chain products while ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
- Monitor projects from initiation through delivery, including planning schedules and monitoring budgets/spending.
- Organize cross-functional activities to ensure project completion, including product scheduling, scope, and budget constraints.
- Demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 3-5 years prior work experience in R&D, product development or manufacturing projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Good understanding of product development activities across various functions, including quality and regulatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at all levels in an organization within a team environment.
