This position will be required to co-ordinate and administer the end to end set up of Hotel Style Aged Care Facilities in the Lake Macquarie district in NSW.
Duties
- Determine the layout and space requirements for all future facilities, including bedroom/apartment sizes, lounge and dining areas, hydro assisted bathrooms and all back of house facilities.
- Assess the staffing numbers and their requirements.
- Creation of rosters for the facility and input into management system
- Determine what Information Technology is required including software systems and support providers.
- Set up and drafting of contracts with suppliers and residents.
- Work with the facility manager to develop management systems and back of house services and requirements.
- Maintain resident records on CMS system Ablyss
- Maintain staff records on CMS system Ablyss
- Manage and maintain relative relationships.
- Manage and maintain staff development plans.
- Manage new enquiries, showing prospective tenants through the facility.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable using Sage.
- Day to day administrative duties – filing, reception etc
Experience Required
- Highly developed Project Co Ordination skills
- Experience with multiple IT systems including Microsoft.
- Experience with CMS system Ablyss
- Experience with finance management system Sage
- Accounts Payable/Receivable experience
- Highly developed Administrative skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at one time.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
