The Opportunity:
Take the next step in your career as the lead for Property Administration at the Shopping Centre. This position plays a key role in the financial performance of the shopping centre through the management of the accounts. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Cash flow & arrears managament
- Customer service
- Relationship management
- Compliance
- Income and expenditure administration
- Sales figures reporting
- Database/systems management
- Financial recording and reporting
- Lease administration
- Debtors management
- Workplace health and safety
- Management of fit-out payments
- Management of capped occupancy deals and turnover rent
- Previous experience in Shopping Centre Property Administration or Lease Administration highly regarded.
- Strong financial/accounts skillset.
- Strong computer literacy.
