Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Shepparton for an Administrative Assistant. You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the team, clerical duties, phone etiquette, and communication. You will work with clients and staff to ensure efficient administrative support is provided to the business and its customers.
Key Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Providing an excellent first impression for clients.
- Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.
- Attending to clients and visitors at the reception desk.
- Attending to incoming telephone calls.
- Processing client correspondence from the Australian Taxation Office.
- Assisting clients to get their accounting work in so that tax lodgement deadlines are met.
Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Clerical skills, including typing, filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience is preferred but not essential.
