Peregrine Property is Peregrine’s property management and facilities management division. It provides comprehensive asset management for Peregrine’s diverse real estate portfolio including commercial, retail, and industrial assets.

About the role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Property Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. As a Property Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our property teams operations.
Key Responsibilities
The day-to-day operation and maintenance of Peregrine's property management software
Lease administration including new leases, invoicing, diary alerts, rent reviews, arrears management and tenant's insurance requirements.
Preparation of internal financial reports
Controlling accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
Database management of all Peregrine Property files, drawings, and plans
Liaising with external managing agents
Assist with facilities management functions.
General administration support for property managers and General Manager
The Property Administrator will work alongside the property team in all these tasks and will report directly to the General Manager of Peregrine Property

Key skills and experience
Previous experience in property management or a related field preferred
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
