AddressAn excellent opportunity has become available for a Site Administrator to join our Northern based Launceston team in a Full time, Permanent Capacity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of a range of services, providing high quality, timely and professional project administrative service support to our project management team. These services include:
- Administrative support to the Project Team
- Ensuring documentation is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Management of various project registers & associated documentation
- Daily updating of project reports, timesheet management and reporting
- Document control
- Delivery of Project Inductions. SWMS reviews and Plant Registers
If you are motivated and focussed on achieving team results this role may suit you. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, show demonstrated ability to self-manage, to achieve organisational requirements and ability to build rapport within all levels of the organisation.
You will need to show you can prioritise effectively, respond well and work to timeframes and show attention to detail. A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Intermediate level in the MS Office suite of products would be an advantage).
Ideally you will have experience in site administration and be interested in occupational health & safety. A background in the construction industry would be an advantage and the position may suit an individual who is looking for a change in career. The position is based in the Launceston area and from time to time travelling will be required.
