An opportunity currently exists for a paralegal/Law Clerk, who wishes to join our Property-Mortgage, Estate and Commercial division within our Sydney office.
We are offering the right person an opportunity to build on their existing skills and knowledge and gain valuable hands-on legal experience working closely with Senior Lawyers.
Superior communication, interpersonal and organisational skills will place you advantageously, accompanied with PEXA proficiency and a minimum of 2 years legal experience in Property and Estate work.
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to:
- Work closely with a team of experienced solicitors to assist with Property, Estate and Litigation.
- Working on files from start to finish under supervision.
- Preparing relevant contracts and mortgage for commercial client and handling file from start to settlement.
- Liaising with clients and other parties.
- Preparing reports for clients and keeping clients up to date.
- Assisting with administration and registration of documents.
- Drafting and preparing relevant documentation.
- Drafting Estate documents.
- Develop professional legal skills.
