Property Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Property Paralegal to join a busy firm in Double Bay, specialising in Conveyancing and Leasing.

The Role

You will be responsible for leasing and conveyancing matters and the scope of work to include:   
 

• Excellent preparation of contract, leases, contract review and attention to detail skills;
• Ability to develop relationships and communicate clearly with clients; 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deal with high volumes of matters;
• Good understanding of the commercial drivers in property leasing transactions to ensure best outcomes are achieved;
• Proactive approach to organisation practices and procedures, ensuring good governance is maintained throughout the contract review and execution stage;
• Thorough knowledge of PEXA transactions;
• Proven ability to work with limited supervision; and  
• 2+ years property experience.

The candidate  

The success candidate will have a minimum 2 years experience in a similar role being proficient in both PEXA and LEAP software. You must have excellent organisational skills and an Intermediate level in Microsoft Office suite.
