Property Paralegal

Flood Legal are looking for a motivated and experienced conveyancing paralegal to join our management rights team where you will utilise your knowledge of conveyancing and be provided with training and mentoring in management rights transactions.

What you need

To be suited to this position you will need be a team player who has a keen eye for detail with previous experience as a conveyancing paralegal noting that previous management rights experience is an added bonus.

Further skills you will need to demonstrate include:

• being proficient in your ability to run your own matters from various stages of the transaction
• strong verbal and written communication skills
• exceptional client relationship skills
• having a proactive and efficient approach to your tasks 
• the ability to work independently with exceptional time management skills
• producing accurate and high-quality work including excellent attention to detail
• being a genuine and personable team player with a high work ethic
