What You Will Do
- Provide end to end admin and paralegal support on our CTP, Workers Compensation and TPD claim files.
- Deal with clients, their medical and allied health providers and rehabilitation consultants.
- Liaise with Counsel, insurance companies, medical experts, liability experts, the Personal Injury Commission and Courts.
- Draft letters of instruction, statements of evidence, internal reviews, particulars, submissions, medical schedules, counsel observations on CTP, Workers Compensation and TPD claim files.
What You Need
- Minimum 5+ years in CTP and/or Workers Compensation claims.
- Experience in medical negligence, TPD and public liability claims would be a benefit, but not essential.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to be genuinely empathetic to our clients.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced customer service role from any industry would be viewed favourably.
- A thirst for knowledge and willingness to do things differently and embrace technology.
- To be able to manage time and prioritise work tasks effectively.
- To be accountable, enthusiastic and integral in everything you do.
- A working knowledge of Smokeball and Microsoft 365.
- A desire to learn and use artificial intelligence technology in your role.
- A second language is desirable but not critical.
