Property And Procurement Manager

We are looking for a Property & Procurement Manager to join our Motorserve team based in Alexandria.

• Develop, co-ordinate and lead sourcing activities to establish supply arrangements that meet the business needs.
• Plan and lead contract negotiations in the establishment and review of supply arrangements to deliver value for money procurement outcomes.
• Partner with staff from across the organization providing high level advice and guidance to build expertise in procurement, provide governance and improve procurement practice and outcomes.
• Oversee the administration of leases for Motorserve’s network of sites, in conjunction with the Operations Teams, Site Managers and IAG’s Leasing and Property Manager.
• Work with approved partner suppliers to coordinate maintenance, repairs, security requirements and property development for new and existing sites.

Requirements:

• Strong business acumen, negotiation and sound experience in managing supplier relationships
• Analytical and strategic mindset
• Highly proficient communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant work experience in a property management, and/or procurement related role
• Demonstrated experience in the provision of oversight of property development including an understanding of legislative and planning frameworks
