Learning Environment: This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn the ropes of being a Buyers Agent from our experienced team. Previous experience is not required, just a passion for property.

About the Role

As a Buyers Agent Associate, you'll play a crucial role in various aspects of the buying process, from property sourcing and inspections to negotiating deals and managing contracts. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist the team in various parts of the buying process
• Property sourcing, inspections, and assessments
• Nurturing clients and business relationships
• General administration tasks

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

• A genuine passion for property
• Bonus: Current QLD Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
• Well-presented with excellent phone etiquette
• Tech-savvy and dynamic
• Initiative, discretion, and approachability
• Understanding of the property or real estate industry
• Availability on Saturdays (Tue - Sat full-time)
• Own transport
