YOUR ROLE
Multiple opportunities for Property Claims Consultants to join the RACV team based in Melbourne CBD on a full-time permanent basis. Your primary purpose is to assist our customers in their time of need, with the aim to work fast and efficiently to ensure a smooth claims process. Taking inbound calls from customers, you’ll assess information to lodge the claim and work with suppliers and repairers to ensure replacements and work are carried out in a timely manner.
Your IAG journey commences on Monday 6 May 2024 with a comprehensive, 10-week induction in the Melbourne office (fully paid). Once training and competent in the role, employees can enjoy the benefits of working from home, with the requirement of being in the office reduced to just one day per fortnight. You’ll need to be flexible to work on a rotating roster Monday to Friday between 7:15am - 6:00pm.
Please note: To work from home, you’ll need high speed internet connection and a private home office set up.
ABOUT YOU
- Effectively communicate with customers and diffuse conflict situations
