Your Role
The purpose of this role will be to help our customers to recover swiftly after a property loss. As the Executive Manager supporting our Direct Claims team you will be accountable for the strategic and operational management of our property fulfilment process, ensuring that property repairs are assessed and conducted efficiently and cost-effectively, therein minimising disruption for customers
You’ll be required to manage the fulfilment process, working with our customers and suppliers and Property Claims, in the assessment, repair and settlement of claims, to improve customer and commercial outcomes.

About You
- You’ve demonstrated ability in managing complexity, ambiguity and responding to change with agility.
- Proven experience in supplier performance or supply chain management in the insurance industry
- Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and driving performance improvements
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, regulations, and compliance requirements, with experience in identifying and managing risks with effective risk controls
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Strong commercial acumen, and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- You can define, plan, and shape strategies and initiatives into tactical plans for successful delivery.
