About the role
An exciting part-time opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic individual to join our Property department. The Property Coordinator’s goal is to support the growth and success of the Zarraffa’s Coffee business by providing timely, accurate and professional support to the Property and Franchising Departments.
Key duties
- Maintain an overview of the portfolio of Zarraffa’s Coffee sites.
- Executing Property and Franchising team tasks such as systemising folders and implementing processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the franchising and property managers, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and handling correspondence.
- Collating and printing Property and Franchising documentation.
- Assist with tasks and projects as assigned by franchising and property managers.
- Generate and maintain project workflows on internal software platforms.
- Maintain an overview of tasks and project deadlines. Providing support to the Property and Franchising team leaders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise with internal departments as required.
Skills and Attributes of the ideal candidate
- Property administration experience
- Franchise administration experience beneficial
- Microsoft Office suite experience
