Overview:
We are seeking a vibrant, highly organised, and detail-oriented Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
About the role: As our Events and Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our mission to engage and inspire. You'll:
- Plan Events: From concept to execution, you'll orchestrate events that leave a lasting impression on attendees.
- Coordinate: Ongoing marketing projects, provide strategic advice and make recommendations.
- Drive Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event coordination and integrated marketing efforts.
- Analyse Results: Measure success through analytics and feedback, refining strategies to continually improve.
This is an in-office permanent part-time role where you will be working in a very fast-paced environment. Your day-to-day will be centred around working the behind-the-scenes of our upcoming events and leading our digital and social marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event planning and marketing.
- Confident and competent copywriting skillset for social media and content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and take a lead role in ongoing projects.
- Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines to ensure all external communications are in alignment with brand.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and problem-solve.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
