Working in a busy and fast paced property department with the support of an experienced team key duties will include:
- managing a portfolio of diverse assets negotiating and managing new leases, licences, joint use agreements and renewals
- general project work acquisitions and disposals (with assistance)
- preparation of written reports and recommendations
- reporting using government systems and processes
To be successful for this role you will need:
To demonstrate a sound understanding of general commercial property management and an understanding of commercial leases.
- A current Working with Children Check
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and skilled at building external and internal working relationships
- High level ability to investigate, analyse and evaluate problems
- Able to effectively provide advice to executives and senior officers
- To be available for immediate start
