Job Overview:
Valuations Australia is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Property Inspectors. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out property inspections within the Tasmania region (Hobart and Launceston). This position offers flexible working hours, making it ideal for retirees, stay-at-home parents, or those already on the road. No prior experience in property valuation is required as we provide comprehensive training. Additionally, the only requirement is that you have experience in real-estate.
Responsibilities:
- Attend property inspections arranged by Valuations Australia.
- Complete a short form during each inspection, noting the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, quality of finishes, and other relevant details.
- Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in reporting the condition and features of each property.
- Work flexibly, setting your own days and hours for inspections.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel within the greater Adelaide area for inspections.
Compensation:
- $150 per inspection (plus GST if registered), with higher fees for properties further from the CBD.
