Shield Management is an Ipswich based Real Estate agency specialising in the management of residential properties. We are striving to be market leaders in the industry and set the standard for all our competitors. We also offer a number of services geared towards Investors looking to buy/sell/grow their residential investment portfolio. Due to an internal restructure the Agency is looking to add an experienced Property Manager/Team Leader to the team to support future long-term growth within the Property Management department.

As the Property Manager/Team Leader at Shield Management, you will be responsible for managing a full portfolio and delegating tasks to your team members. We are NOT after an ordinary property manager, we want an Investment Specialist! This experienced and driven person will work to continually improve the standards of all properties within their portfolio for the benefit of all Landlords and the Tenants.
At Shield Management we are seeking a highly efficient and organised person who is competent to take charge of their portfolio, manage their time efficiently and effectively every single day.
- Are you calm and diplomatic in the face of conflict and confrontation?
- Do you know the local market and can achieve the top rents for our Clients?
- Will you pick up the phone and speak with our Clients? We do not want a keyboard warrior!
- Can you spend clients’ funds wisely to improve their Asset and ROI (return on investment) and manage cash flow?
This exceptional person will love to organise everything and everyone! It is not expected but would be a valuable bonus if this person owns or has owned Residential Investment Properties.
A valid driver’s licence is essential and previous experience with Property Tree software is preferred. You will also need to hold a current Real Estate Registration certificate and have a minimum of 2 years experience in the Real Estate Industry in Property Management.

You will be offered a negotiable salary + super depending on experience with use of a Company Car during office hours. On-site parking is also available.
