Duties & Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential investors.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Providing high-level support for investors, advisors, platforms, and dealer groups, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Overseeing the management of applications, changes of details, redemptions, transfers, and Deceased Estates.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements impacting Investor Relations and adhering to the company's client's policies and procedures.
- Generating, preparing for, and participating in prospecting meetings with clients
- Preparing marketing materials and responses for RFIs, collaborating with internal teams such as Compliance and Marketing.
- Working with sales teams to build strategic plans, identifying market opportunities, and formulating business and client plans.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products, with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve investment goals.
