Investment Relations/Business Development Manager

Property Network of Australia is currently recruiting for an experienced Investment Relations/Business Development Manager to take on a role working for a reputable investment management company in QLD. As an Investment Relations / Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and maintaining strong relationships with investors within the company.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential investors.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Providing high-level support for investors, advisors, platforms, and dealer groups, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Overseeing the management of applications, changes of details, redemptions, transfers, and Deceased Estates.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements impacting Investor Relations and adhering to the company's client's policies and procedures.
• Generating, preparing for, and participating in prospecting meetings with clients
• Preparing marketing materials and responses for RFIs, collaborating with internal teams such as Compliance and Marketing.
• Working with sales teams to build strategic plans, identifying market opportunities, and formulating business and client plans.

• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with external clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products, with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve investment goals.
