We consist of a specialised team nationally who assist clients from First Homeowners to Savvy Investors.

We specialise in refinances, purchases, construction, SMSF, and everything in between within the residential market and we support all clients in the property purchase and investment space from start to finish and beyond!

We have a multi-national client base, access to off the plan and new construction nationally through our strong base of builders, and work with a panel of over 35 lenders.

Summary of Position

The role of the BDM within Residential Property is responsible for nurturing and growing our B2B relationships in supporting our partners source suitable property opportunities for their clients. This is a fast paced role, and we're looking for a hustler! If you've got the right attitude and can do attitude, your comms and financial reward will be well worth it!

Job Details and Responsibilities:

(Including but not limited to)

  • Be responsible for sourcing and acquiring suitable property solutions within our network of builders, developers, and suppliers for our existing and future B2B network of Affiliates to present to their clients in a timely manner.
  • Research and understand the market and location of the property being acquired providing up to date analysis and details.
  • Presenting property solutions in line with REIF Corporate branding whilst bringing your own design and flair.
  • The ability to create and manage stock lists for our Stakeholders
  • Establish, maintain, and nurture positive relationships with internal and external business stakeholders, Affiliates, Referral Partners, Builders, Agents and Developers
  • Proactively hunt new business groups to drive the companies growth
  • Attend to site visits and inspections for the purpose of acquisition if required
  • Work cohesively with the Acquisitions, Contracts and Finance teams
  • Ability to read and understand land and build contracts and all other documents pertaining to residential real estate
  • Grow our Affiliate relationship network nationally
  • Strive to hit weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI's
  • Ad hoc duties as required within the scope of your role and abilities

Professional Attributes

  • BDM experience in residential real estate in either the construction industry or for a property focussed group highly advantageous
  • Industry and market knowledge is a must
  • Great people skills with excellent phone manner and accessibility
  • Must enjoy making calls, and creating relationships
  • Ability to set goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong in technology with excellent computer literacy and design flair
  • Property Investment Analysis experience or similar highly advantageous
  • Impeccable approach to Customer Service
  • Strong judgement of good business
  • Attention to detail and punctuality a must!
  • Must be a team player with a positive and vibrant attitude

Base salary and strong bonus structure on offer for the right candidate, with a $60K base with the potential to earn anywhere up to (and over) $200K when you really start hitting your stride. Further discussion around remuneration can be had during the interview process.
