The role:We have a great opportunity for a motivated and passionate candidate to join our Melbourne Industrial Investment team as a
Property Investments Analyst.This role will foster your development in the property industry, keep you abreast of market activity and give you scope to really take ownership and make it your own.You will provide support to our Industrial Investments team with a focus on property leasing and sales analysis including database management, and sourcing & analysing information from a range of channels.This is a fantastic opportunity that is excited by the prospect of working directly with the Head of Industrial Investments as well as the National Director of Industrial Logistics.What do our staff think?“As a property analyst, your days are immersed in researching market trends, evaluating properties, and offering essential support to colleagues both within your own department and across the business. Key responsibilities:- Effective management of our client database
- Conducting research, financial analysis, market analysis, and other tasks as required to assist the transaction process
- Assisting with the coordination of sales campaigns including submissions, preparation of marketing material, reports and presentations
- Attending client meetings and site visits, taking minutes and action points
- Maintaining online advertisements
- Coordinating property settlements and fee invoicing
Who are we looking for?- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property or Valuations (desirable)
- Knowledge of the commercial property industry.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel)
- Critical thinking and willingness to challenge existing ideas.
- Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
- Experienced in Financial modelling.
