You
You will have worked as a Property Lawyer, or had exposure to property in your role, for at least 3 years with strong knowledge of conveyancing including commercial, subdivisions and off the plan contracts. You will have a strong understanding of property law with experience in PEXA and revenue duties online.
You will be a team player, energetic, positive, love to solve problems and most of all, you will be customer obsessed. The right candidate will be comfortable with technology as we run a 100% paperless office and have built technology to help make your job easier.
The Role
You will be working closely with the Practice Manager in Victoria, the General Manager of the business and have access to and guidance from our Principal Lawyer, Rex Afrasiabi.
Your role will be varied, including completing conveyancing work such as preparing contracts, contract reviews, running with the conveyancing files through to settlement, as well as providing support and advice to the conveyancing team in Victoria.
The role will also benefit from your experience in property law, with advice on subdivisions and new developments, reviews of the more complicated build contracts, mortgage and guarantor document review, solicitor certificates and more.
