Our client is globally recognised within the retail sector and is looking for a Lease Coordinator to work within their unique environment. This portfolio has a premier mix of Food & Beverage as well as Specialty Fashion brands.
The Role:
You will play an integral role in the administration support for the Contracts Risk & Compliance team, directly assisting the Retail Lease Administration Manager and the Property Lease Administration Manager.
Your duties will include:
- Liaise with lawyers and tenants directly to ensure receipt of insurance certificates and bank guarantees prior to commencement of trade and as required
- Register, release and exchange original bank guarantees with tenants and maintain
internal records for all actions - Raise PO’s for legal fees and manage legal spend with external law firms
- Ensure all finalised commercial occupancy agreements are filed
- Monitor and maintain a reporting system to track lease documentation status, legal spend and receipt of ancillary items

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role with strong focus on time management and prioritizing accordingly.
- Exposure to retail/commercial leases and leasing process
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or similar PMS software
