The role
We are seeking an experienced Project Co-Ordinator to join our Finance team responsible for driving the commercial objectives of financial success and strategic growth of our business for an initial 12-month Maternity leave cover.
In this role you will report directly to the Head of Finance supporting them through timely and accurate account functions across our international regions. As well as the support you will provide the Head of Finance, this role assists consultants across various teams in the business with the delivery of HSE Global products and services.
Depending on requirements of a suitable applicant, a part time or full time employment status will apply.
You will be responsible for:
- Project set up and delivery; allocation of projects in Xero, Sharepoint and client files, calendar management, data entry of projects using MS Excel, printing collating and distribution of relevant materials.
- Co-ordination of project financials; including tracking in Xero, reconciliation of credit cards, purchase order maintenance and vendor set up, debtor invoices
- Business improvement; Participation in relevant projects and business improvement activities to streamline processes and facilitate administrative efficiency.
- Consultant relationship support; diary management, travel management, team meetings
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement
About you

- Experience managing periods of high of pressure to meet deadlines in a fast paced business
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with an understanding that style and approach should be tailored accordingly when liaising with different stakeholders within and outside of the business.
- Demonstrates experience with Xero or similar financial systems
- Demonstrates a genuine customer focus and sound commercial awareness and business acumen.
