Qualifications & experience
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) Agents Representative Certificate - Vic
- Computer skills including Outlook, database, Word, ability to download photos and work across mixed applications
- A ‘Can Do’ attitude that displays solution orientation
- Ability to manage sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Welcoming clients in a a friendly and professional manner, answering the telephone promptly, accurate message taking, general typing, maintaining a legible enquiry log, emailing, photocopying, scanning, accurate data entry and all other general office duties as required.
- Initial contact for all potential renter phone calls, emails and enquiries to the office.
- Manage job list and liaise with suppliers to ensure completion and closure of all outstanding jobs in a timely manner.
- In the absence of the PM initiate the next step of the enquiry whether it’s through the leasing process, logging or requesting maintenance and notifying the PM of any actions required.
- Provide administrative support to department managers
