About Us: We provide our clients an amazing Property Management experience and we have fun along the way. We do things very different and we mean different! We are a young and energetic office focused on maximising our clients' investment properties.
You will work alongside some of the very best people in the McGrath network.
We have fully systemised department using checklists and standard letters allowing for you to fulfil the role efficiently and easily. We use all the latest technology to underpin everything we do in our Property Management business.
You will be required to work on Saturday with time in lieu given through the working week.
The Role: We are looking to expand our Property Management Department with the addition of an Assistant Property Manager.
Your tasks will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Scheduling and conducting routine inspections
- Conduct open homes & private viewings
- Conducting ingoing & outgoing inspections
- Oversee maintenance requests & ensure prompt follow up
- Liaise with tenants
- Reference checking for tenants applying for rental properties
- Light admin (No accounts)
- Support the Property Management team as required
You'll ideally possess the following skills:
- Fantastic work ethic
- Immaculate personal presentation
- A willingness to learn & develop your skills
- Strong customer service skills
- A current NSW Assistant Agent certificate or Real Estate Licence

This is FULL TIME position. Successful applicant has the option to work Monday to Saturdays with 1 weekday off in lieu.
