Illawarra Estate Agents have two positions available and are seeking motivated, hard-working individuals, with a passion for property and helping people.
Receptionist:
Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5.00 pm along with occasional Saturday on a rotating roster.
Open, close, and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times.
Filtering all phone calls and emails.
Greeting visitors to the office.
Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Maintain and manage key registers.
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine required levels, anticipating needs, and placing and expediting orders.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Property Management Associate:
Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5.00 pm along with occasional Saturday on a rotating roster.
Assist Senior Property Managers with daily tasks
An energetic and career-driven personality
Be computer literate
Hold a current driver's license and a reliable vehicle
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to work in a team
The successful candidate should have;
A great work ethic, someone who takes pride in their work and presentation.
Outstanding customer service and team focus.
Ability to coordinate a range of tasks at any one time.
A Certificate of Registration or willing to obtain.
Both roles are full-time positions and are available immediately.
