As a junior Property Management Associate, your responsibilities are extensive and varied however, you will primarily be assisting the Property Management team, for the overall management and maintenance of our residential portfolio on behalf of and to the satisfaction of the owner and the tenant.
Our overall mission is to ensure the provision of a high quality service that exceeds customer expectations, in this position you must maintain an exceptional customer focus towards both owners and tenants. You will contribute to the our common goals and business objectives of growing our portfolio.
Responsible for working in a team, the individual will be expected to demonstrate commitment and loyalty and perform all duties in accordance with the organisation’s office routines and procedures, keeping in mind the overall business objectives.
Knowledge & Ongoing Experience
- Possession of a Certificate of Registration / Assistant Agent
- Current driver’s licence
- Able to provide your own registered and insured motor vehicle for work purposes
- Knowledge of computerised CRM software and MS Office
- Administration skills – organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail
- Work within a team of staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate at all levels
- A proven ability to build relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus
- The right attitude, a willingness to learn and implement feedback
On-Going Professional Development
- There is an ongoing responsibility that as a licence or certificate holder you must maintain the necessary training requirements as set out under relevant real estate legislation.
- Through our assistance, you will be enrolled in a traineeship program to enhance your knowledge, skills, and expertise within the real estate industry.
