THE PERSON
In the role of Commercial Property Manager, your key focus will be working on a meticulously maintained portfolio and overall performing the below duties:
- Oversee a portfolio of 250 commercial properties, including industrial, retail, and office spaces.
- Manage and onboard new tenants efficiently.
- Complete ingoing and outgoing property condition reports.
- Ensure compliance with landlord and tenant obligations as per lease terms.
- Coordinate emergency responses with landlords.
- Ensure timely payment of lease expenses, including outgoings, statutory costs, insurance, and other payable costs.
- Handle maintenance, arrears, and rental reviews.
- Market properties effectively.
- Maintain strong compliance with relevant legislation and understand commercial asset class fundamentals, including key lease provisions.
THE PERSON
The ideal candidate for the role of Commercial Property Manager will have:
- Experience in Commercial Asset Management.
- Real estate license.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with Property Management Platforms.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to positively influence key stakeholders.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Must reside on the Northern Beaches or Lower North Shore and have a comprehensive understanding of the local area and market.
- Knowledge of Retail Leasing Legislations.
