The team specialises in preventative and reactive maintenance across electrical, plumbing, pumping, building, fire and HVAC services.
With over 220 team members, the business delivers comprehensive maintenance programs and minor works projects to critical infrastructure clients including airports, defence, facilities managers, shopping centres, builders and developers as well as Federal and State Government departments.
About the OpportunityWe have an exciting full-time permanent opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Asset Services team based at our Head Office in Hendra
As the Project Manager your duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Lead projects from requirements definition through to deployment
- Identify schedules, scopes, budget estimations and project implementation plans
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope and defined budgets
- Manage labour requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
- Ensure variations are communicated and costed in a timely manner and that a site instruction has been received prior to proceeding.
- Promote a safe working environment for all team members
About You
- Hold a current QLD Drivers licence
- Previous trade experience
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Competency with Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Hazardous Area experience is desirable
- Proven project management experience
